DMCA POLICY

At Health Wellbeing Sanctuary, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement and our actions in accordance with the DMCA.

Notification of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our website, please notify us by providing a written notice that includes the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Send all takedown notices through our Contact page. Please send by email for prompt attention.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page. Email is highly recommended.

Action Upon Receipt

Upon receipt of a valid notice of copyright infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted such material of our actions.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it unless we receive notice from the original notifying party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
